All you have to do is load your document into the sheet feeder (holds up to 50 pages), and then press the button on the front of the scanner. In a few seconds you'll see a PDF file show up on the desktop of your computer. The ScanSnap can scan 15 pages per minute, double-sided, in full color. You can even mix legal and standard-sized papers in the same document! After scanning the document, you can upload it to your PropertyTracker.com account. The ScanSnap also includes the Adobe Acrobat software, which allows you to convert any file on your computer to a PDF file. Acrobat alone sells for about $300.
