How do I send you my paperwork?
You can scan your documents to a PDF file and upload them directly to our document database. We recommend the Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner, since it can scan 15 pages per minute, double-sided.
How much does it cost?
The bookkeeping service is $20 per month per property. Multi-unit properties are $20 plus $15 per extra unit.
Is there a setup fee?
If you sign up for the bookkeeping service, we will set up the basic information for each of your properties for free. We do require a 6-month minimum commitment. If you would like past income and expense data entered as well, we can do it for $40 per hour.
